OFFICE HOURS
Working days: Monday to Friday (excluding bank Holidays) 9:00am to 4:30pm
POSTAGE & PACKAGING:
Except in exceptional circumstances we aim to dispatch all items the same working day by the postage method selected by the buyer, for this to happen the goods must be ordered and paid before 3pm of that working day, otherwise they will be dispatched the next working day.
Please note: Special Delivery next day does not include weekends, so if it was ordered before 3pm on Friday it should arrive Monday.
We accept no responsibility for goods delayed due to the services of postage carrier or due to customs checks.
Where a non-tracked postage service has been selected, claims for missing items are subject to the postage Carriers Terms and Conditions.
Currently for Royal mail you must wait the following number of days before a missing item (item not received) claim can be made
UK Inland 15 working days
EU Airmail 20 working days
Rest of the World Airmail 25 working days
The above durations may change from time to time by the carrier and are here to act as a guide
